Yes, each gang is shown as having four pins, the fourth being for the loudness tapping.

Normally the signal feeds into one of the end pins (top pin as I call it) and the other end pin is ground. The wiper is the middle pin... but you have four pins... so you will have to figure the configuration out visually.
