The tda chips can oscillate if the gain is too low or bad pcb layout.
Check for oscillation on the output.
These fake amplifiers are made for the cost of the UK postage.

Hi everyone.
I'm away from home for holidays so I cannot test more the amplifiers.
Since the schematic, parts values and type are the same as the application note and the PCB layout is not that bad, I believe that the issue is mainly due to the PSRR and supply quality. I will make further tests as soon as will be back home and report back.
