Check the polarity of the PS wires. You most likly connected them incorrectly.

No, the polarity is correct. I checked everything more than 10 times and still can't find no errors . I didn't think 7293's are so tricky to build.
Maybe speaker shouldn't be connected to the output when I turn it on for the first time
