I want to put clipping detector on my paralelled TDA 7293 (not finished), and don't know how. I saw in the datasheet that resistor should be pulled from pin5 to 5V, but I don't know where to put LED ?
BTW, should inputs of slave chip be pulled to -Vs or to GND ? Does it matter ? Thank You !!! |

I want to do same, and very interesting, no info or schematic example about clip detector of 7293. I will try something very soon, I will drive the led with transistor because I'm not sure about the current and the level of pin 5. Look at my plan:
my plan to use clip detector but I did not tried or tested yet. If you have free time to test it please write how it works. Here is pic about the part of pcb with clip detector: ![]() I will test it in this week or weekend. |
