I just finsihed designing this Stereo LM4780 PCB. Everything looks fine to me but I am open to suggestions/comments. I opted for a minimilist design, removing most of the optional components.
I haven't etched the board yet so I'm looking for opinions/advice. Notes: The input capacitors are supposed to be non polarized, the traces were extended to accomodate a variety of caps. CS(4,5) are 10-20uF 50V electrolytics the main supply caps are intended to be part of the PSU. The Mute Resistor (RM) is meant to be soldered to the bottom of the board so it doesn't interfere with mounting the chip to the heatsink (be sure to solder this in place BEFORE soldering the chip). All other components are on top. Component values can vary, I was intending on following the LM4780 datasheet, or perhaps the Peter Daniels LM3875 choices. Thanks
