Is there a point where input impedance is too high? I was looking at different potentiometers for my first GC and was looking to just put it in parallel with the input. Anyways, since that pretty much sets your input impedance to the amp I just wanted to make sure there wasnt like an upper limit.

noise is usually the limit. thermal noise increases with resistance.
