I think it's a BreezeAudio case, either a 3209 (320w x 90 high x ...) or the smaller 2107 (210w x 70hi x ...) in millimeters - there's quite a few of them with similar sizes - another recent name is 'Queenway'

These'll work with the Modulus-86 (Rev. 2.3 and beyond), Modulus-286, Modulus-686, and LM3886DR.
