Default velleman K 4003 insulator

Hello all. I am a beginner kit builder. I have succsesfully built the velleman christmas tree and a very small 1 watt mono amp. Now I am moving on to the velleman k4003. My question is about the insulation mica that goes in beetween the ic and the heatsink. Is this something I have to provide seperatly along with the heat-conductive paste? Perhaps I am not recognizing it within the contents of the kits packaging or it is missing. Thank you for any help if you are familiar with this kit.
