i want to know if i put two tda1514a chips on one heatsink do i need to isolate them from the heatsink like lm317 or no voltage goes througth their corpuses?

The package heatsink is connected to the negative supply, so both amplifiers need to be insulated from the heatsink.
Philips website have the downloadable datasheet in pdf format. Eric.
