LM4780 Mini amp - Completely DIY

Almost completed....

Just need to cut a top and this one's done. Not nearly as low noise as my tube amps but still a nice amp, and way more power than i'll ever need.

traced the noise to a bad input cable.this amp rocks. Also dead cheap since lm4780 can be wired point to point deadbug style.

Cnczone is a great site. Lots of projects, lots of information. Machines that run from $500 to many thousands of dollars and all DIY. One of those machines easily takes a diy amp and makes it look like a professional product. If you use acommercial shop like front panel express, a diy cnc will pay for itself in no time.

Made the top. Used the CNC to engrave my signature in the top.
