Default My very own OPA541 GC

I plan on beginning work on my very own gainclone using OPA541s. Since it seems like there is a lot of ground work already laid out for such a project, I was wondering if someone could be so kind as to point me to the most hifi schematic.

Thanks!

Mike

Just a tip: The opa541 shouldn't be used with a gain of 33x (as some people do with the lm3875). It can't be made to sound good this way because it's limited open loop gain. I use it with a gain of 10x, but you can easily go with 20-22x.

Have a look here http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/sboa082/sboa082.pdf
and opa541 datasheet for implementation

Thanks Mads K.
That application note is just what I was looking for.

On fig. 5 in that doc. R14 should be 1 Ohm, no 1kOhm. Very imprtant.
