Default Anyone speak Chinese?

I have a problem with a TDA2030 amp and need translation. Can anyone tell me what this says?

For the first one:
All components value refer to circuit diagram only
On PCB short R14 with a jumper wire

The 2nd one:
Volume control use 22K or 47K potentiometer
Transfomer use AC12V x 2 or AC15V x 2

Goldkenn - do you speak Chinese and English? Very cool.

I often read Chinese articles using Google translate. Chinese does not translate very well to English. I can always spot when something is translated from Chinese. However, I can understand the translation.

Real translation involves cultural translation too. Language is culture. It cracks me up when Google translates a Chinese article so it reads like "very much decorate the bass sir". It almost sounds like Bose marketing.
