Default Bash 300s

Hi guys
I was just wanted to know weather this a Bash 300s would be enough to power a TS-W304R sub?
Bash 300W Digital Subwoofer Amplifier 300-750
TS-W304R Pioneer - Speakers, Subwoofers - Car*Entertainment

Yes, they look like a perfect fit.
You must match RMS power to RMS power, 300W RMS in this case.
Any other power mentioned (1300W "MAP") are strictly Sales Dept creations and must not be considered.
Mind you, Pioneer is a serious company and mentions RMS; many others don't and only quote fully made up values in strange units.
