Hi!
i want to build a video amplifier, the bandwidth is 6MHz,while the gain is 800-900.i find some chips, such as AD8001,but it can't provide enough gain width product.Do i need to build a composite circuit ? How to build it? Any advice will be appreciated. Many thanks.

I thought this was an audio forum? > bandwidth is 6MHz,while the gain is 800-900. What are you doing that needs so much gain? Sometimes the other details are critical. Is noise or impedance an issue? 6MHz flat gain is a standard video amp chip. To get gain of 900, try two chips with gain of 30 (30*30=900). Two of µA733 (a chip that is probably older than many people here) will do gain of 1,000 out to 50MHz, if you can keep the output from feeding back into the input and oscillating. |

Maybe i should have posted the thread on the video forum.
![]() i think the circuit like this may be feasible. |
