Default Darlington transistors in a Kenwood KAC-719?

I am replacing a Kenwood KAC - 719 output transistors. They are complementary SK A1908, C5101. Can a complementary Darlington 2SB778, 2SD998 work? Are Darlington transistors different than others that have an A or C prefix?
