I'm not aware of any that complete, but check out the sponsors and advertisers here on the forum. That's why they're here.
Do-it-yourself audio isn't really conducive with "everything in one box" purchasing. Best Buy is good at that though.

Here's some speculation:

Since transformers are heavy and somewhat speaker-dependent, there is a bit of a difference between operations which would design and sell boards and small components for a diy kit and those which would either build or source heavy transformers from somewhere and ship them to you.

(Just guessing) The business model just doesn't compute for small-ish kit-sellers to turn in to transformer retailers.

You will find that transformers aren't too expensive (unless you want to buy one that is) and reasonably easy to get to you. Amazon has some. I bought a couple from Antek shipped from NJ at a reasonable expense.

(I'm just staging my first GC. Not sure if this is where you're coming from or not.)

That's a description with a whole bunch of possibilities. The chip is the heart of a wide range of designs from 3 components to dozens. Can you be more specific about the system you are hoping to build?

Decibel Dungeon has a nice site that explains all and gives fairly detailed build instructions.
There are many good web sites and Threads on this Forum, that offer well tested chipamp implementations with good support to new builders.

Agreed, and I would add Shine7.com.

Consider the 3886 chip amp and power supply kits from Chipamp.com, very nice quality, competitive pricing. Get the transformer from Apex Jr if he has any left, good deal, or Antek, best prices around except for Apex Jr. You can also get all of the misc bits you'll need like RCA connecters, power switches, IEC plugs and cords, ect from Steve at apex Jr for an unbeatable price also. I built one, very nice sound for a cheap price, beats similarly priced class D amps that I've built.
