2SK1530/2SJ201 are'nt laterals.
22 ohms is given for these devices in AN-1850 (LME49830 app note)

Peranders,
I just downloaded the extract from Hitachi notes.
Why do I have to agree not to post extracts from a 1989 Hitachi document?
That seems to me to be both unnecessary and unreasonable.
Did Hitachi restrict you to such a condition in return for showing the pdf on your site?

Now that i have downloaded the Hitchi pdf, I cannot download another article I would like to read. It says I have reached a download limit !
