Even with the volume level down all the way, there is too much hiss. Maybe the input sensitivity is very high and thats the result? I notice I'm getting much more output with the volume knob even at 1/4 turn vs my other amps.

Is there any easy way to make the input less sensitive? Say if an amp normally reaches full output at 1V input, to have it so that its full output at 2V instead?

My 2x100w TDA7498 has just arrived 2 days ago. First listening with this setting:
2 way bookshelf speakers, foobar 2000 on my notebook, i heard that it has hiss....
Then I tried to lower the gain: toggled both the sw2 switch to "on" position.
I will try to add EMI/RFI bead suppresor filter on the power supply path, which it works well to kill noise on my DIY LM1875 amp.
Or try a better PSU. Maybe a car battery can do it best?
