Default 5v Usb 2.1 Channel Digital Audio Stereo Power Amplifier Board Module 5w+3w

Just ordered one of these. < 5v Usb 2.1 Channel Digital Audio Stereo Power Amplifier Board Module 5w+3w | eBay >. Anyone know anything about the chip used? It appears to be numbered 5435B over 1125? No maker's logo.
