If you never test the HF power output then you never need high power dissipation capability in the Zobel. Ordinary 600mW resistors will do. One to each 3886.
The caps should be low esr. Any film type should be good but go to higher voltage rating than the Rail to Rail. Try 100Vdc
1%, or 2%, or 5%, or 10% tolerance are all OK.
Carbon composition have low inductance and there may be an argument for using low inductance here. But few if any seem to bother with that. I use metal film. But I beef up the power rating because I do sometimes test with HF high power signals. 4off series parallel 10r 600mW gives 10r 2.4W
