Default Help for LM1876 Bi-Amp project

As per datasheet.

1) What to build Typical Application v/s Auxiliary Amplifier Application Circuit.
2) Ci Caps for Tweeter Amp = 1uf / 470nf Woofer Amp = 100uf ( Is it correct )
3) Gain = 22k/1k
4) As per datasheet MUTE pin can be floated. (NO-MUTE) So should I keep not connected ?
5) For STANDBY MODE = Should I build with 1/2 positive supply with Cap ? (Please find attached file)
