Default Acrylic case for chipamp

Anybody build case of acrylic for chipamp ? If yes, my problem is after listening one hour approx. my cheap transformer & heatsink running hot. So fear for bending or melting acrylic.

Apart from problem, acrylic is good for looking and easy for diy.

Any ideas.

Best Regards.

I've built this one and it worked fine for many years:

This is not just another gainclone
