Hello everyone.I've decided to buy PCB's for my gainclone project. I've found a great deal in eBay, but there is no manual or schematic for the PCB. LM3886 Power Amplifier PCB for DIY NEW | eBay Here you can see the offer. Maybe some of you have built this and have at least schematic?

Hi.
it is a very simple circuit. and with the aid of the data sheet from national semiconductors it wouldnt take long to draw a schematic. for this board |

If you now decide you need a manual and/or tech data (but don't know where to find it.....), and the vendor didn't supply it--was the purchase of these PCBs really such a good deal? (Deep philosophical question, here....)
Try the Chipamp.com website. I'm certain your final design will be close to the info Brian provides in his data. This should give you enough info to use--and take a look at the LM3886 chip manufacture's tech data, as well. Good luck...... |

The advert says an "Assembly drawing" is included. That should have the info you need.

Ive bought these PCB"s and they are just Fine ..... The Schematic they give you with the PCB doesn"t exactly match the PCB but it is fairly close , the Schematic they give you is basicly just a copy of the Datasheet Schematic ..... The PSU PCB doesn"t come with a schematic .....
The Supply Bypass caps on the PCB are really small (100uF) and there isn"t really a lot of room to add bigger caps ....... Cheers |

Thanks. I haven't bought it yet, so it wasn't a bad deal

The LM3886 PCB is fine. The power supply PCB is pretty crappy. Use monolithic bridge rectifier, some large screw terminal caps, and a buss bar for ground.
If you look around you can find an Ebay listing for 10x of the chipamp PCBs. -Charlie |

I saw, but i do not intend to make a lot of these amps. I only need 2. Also I have limited funds since I'm underage and still go to school, so you may imagine how much money I've got
