Ian,

You might want to check out Post 252 (and related material), at:

paralleling film caps with electrolytic caps

and Posts 221-230 here:

paralleling film caps with electrolytic caps

Actually, you should probably go back to at least Post 202, and go forward from there.

Thankyou for the very informative links . Now this is what im talking about.The linearaudio papers are awsome I guess you have seen the thread started by by Eva on this subject too .

That seems feasible.
I can't understand the term "steep learning curve".
All my learning seems to have a flat curve ! With a few notches thrown in.

Gootee,
I didn't get to work on the board in a long while, so I am not
sure where I left it at. I'll revisit it and post an updated one.
Kinda got caught up in other pressures at work.

Sorry for revive an old post, but i modify the quadtech PCB and i want to know what do u think about it. Here it is:

I change some components to smd like some decoupling caps and some resistor.
Any opinion?

Separate the Signal Ground from the Power Ground.
