Default new to amps need some help

hi all i just bought myself a HD650 and bought a Tianyun ZERO amp

i will save for to later get a more highend amp

i read a review and the reviewer was able to improve the sound by switching the stock OPA2604 with dual OPA627 on a Brown Dog Adapter.

i tried asking for help on another forum but got 0 replies after about 2 weeks so i am hoping someone can give me some help here.

i want to get the 2 OPA627 and brown dog adapter i finally found that i needed the OPA627AU model since there are a few different OPA627s
but i have no idea what Brown Dog Adapter i need

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at your chip and go from there.

If you can find schematic, I'm sure you could just sub in a full size opamp, like the Burr Brown that gets use in cMoys etc. like you say it's a cheap amp so experiment with it. You can't buy cheap oddball Chinese product and expect everyone to know what your talking about. Burr Brown OPA627AU x 2 on Browndog Adaptor (DIP)

You could likely upgrade some caps in it to.

He accepted a deal for "cheap" from a Far East retailer.

Let him go to that retailer for support.

He will find out much support he has bought in his "cheap" price.

Why should DIYaudio provide the missing support for a "cheap" knockoff or whatever?

Well you don't have to, up to you - but since when is it the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier to provide support for diy op-amp rolling.

More to the point whats this doing in the Chip Amp forum?

When you google stuff like "Tianyun ZERO" the FIRST page is full of posts like this one.
Tianyun ZERO - Factory(?) Substituting Inferior Parts

Fake ZERO DAC???
Makes me wonder how people still go ahead and buy this stuff.
