Default +/-100V Power Supply

Looking for a dual 100V PS (low current) for a LME49810/49811 that I want to swing 70VRMS out of. Could anyone point me in the direction of a usable schematic?

Be careful. The spec sheet shows 200Vdc as the absolute maximum.
