Need two TDA 2050 chips ASAP in NYC!

Hi,

I was planning on using my chipamp for a party this coming weekend. I shipped it overseas, and it must have experienced some intense vibration for a long time because the chips have broken off of the Board.

Does anyone know where i can pick up a couple TDA 2050 chips in Manhattan? Maybe Canal St.?

I live 20 minutes from NYC. Usually takes around 3 days to get stuff from Mouser. I'm sure that might mean a day or two more in NY for whatever other process it's gotta go through. But if you order now, I'm sure you could get them by friday...overnight?

I got them! I got them on Canal St from 269 Electronics. They cost me $6 each, but that still beats shipping, and it only took two days. Nice little shop.

Wow , those are some expensive chips , $6 !!! ... I pay about 0.97c for a TDA2040 and $1.10 for the LM1875 .....

I get a lot of stuff from this company ......

Thay are cheap and don"t sell fake parts and even though they are in Thailand the shipping is still quite fast (faster than if it was mailed within my own country) .......
