Looking for Sanken S-40W

Hi, I'm restoring a JA-S11 JVC amp.

One of two power ICs Sanken S-40W is burnt, and so far I did not find any replacement.

Even the ECG1354/NTE1354 equivalents are hard to find

Where can I get a working one, even used?

Not too difficult to make your own replacement module for it?

Right now there is one for sale on ebay USA.
SP-40W | eBay
Pioneer sx-650 and pioneer sx-6700 uses same ICs. See if you can find these as used amps (parts) on ebay. I needed the same IC not so long ago and got it from a diyaudio member.
