15pin control pod for z-2300
I saw a add on craiglist for a Z-2300 subwoofer/w amp. It does not have the control pod. I have a old Z-680 control pod. I wanted to convert it so that it will work the the z-2300. I have a couple questions before we begin. The Z-680 is digital and the z-2300 is not. The z-2300 has a volume knob and a bass knob the z-680 has a volume knob and some buttons to change settings. Will I be able to change lower the volume of the sub with the z-680 control pod?

Lets get started. I opened up the Z-680 control pod and looked at the circuit board. I am having a little bit of trouble identifying what does what. This site has the z-2300 schematics. It tells you what each 15pin does.

I need to know how i need to arrange the wires. To make this z-680 control pod work the the z-2300 subwoofer. I am going to cut into the z-680 wiring and reconnect them to their right hole.
