Default Malfunctioning PSU

I get a -33V and +1.8V, so obviously the PSU isn't working correctly. Now I know it's probably either the diodes of the cap, but which is more likely? I ask instead of changing one and trying because it's quite packed in it's place and chaning either is a pain, big pain. I'm just trying to change the most likely first, thanks for any help...

JoeBob, check the voltage (AC) into your rectifier bridge and also coming out of it (DC).

Then check each rail at every stage from the rectifier bridge to the pins of the chip.

The transformer is fine, and I just replaced the diodes and the same problem is there, could the caps be the cause of this problem? I don't see how it could only have 1.8V for the + voltage...

It may help us to help you if you posted what results you have at each stage of the PSU.

Hey JoeBob.

We need a little more information. Can you describe what you have done!

My first guess is you have connected up the secondaries incorrectly.
