Default DENON PMA-6.5 Dostorted channel?

Has anyone had this before...... one channel no matter what the source has slight distortion. Was kind of thinking it may be the volume control IC but as I dont have a schematic not really sure.
Basically 2 questions reall

1. Anybody know the fault

2. Anybody have a circuit diagram for this.

Thanks
