Hi guys,
For the past weeks I have been designing a chip amp using the tripath ta2020. I've also added a couple of useful additions, such as preout and headphone amp. It would be much appreceated if anyone could give me some feedback about the circuit. Anything that can be improved? Perhaps I made a critical design error - it's always nice to run a schematic through a fresh pair of eyes. Schematic link Thanks in advance.

Perhaps I posted it in the wrong section. Could anyone from the moderator group move it to the "class D" section?
