Thanks for your advice, we already make prevent accidental contect by small part cutting off the pcb for separete two deference voltages,

The usual recommendation is to have 1 mm separation per 100 V between adjacent non-isolated leads. For 230 V you should use 100 mil (2,54 mm) or more separation. It makes no difference, whether you route a slit into the PCB or not, because the isolator remains to be air.

The recommended minimum trace width for 230 V is 50 mil (1,27 mm).

And by the way, since the early 1990s the international norm voltages are 115 and 230 V.

The supply traces to the LM3886s also look flimsy when you take into account that each of them can deliver 8 ADC or 5,6 AAC continuously.

Why do all your different "processes" carry the same version number V1.0? How do you keep track?
