Default Toroidal andshorted turn

Hello,
I need a toroidal transformer for my LM3886 gainclone from ChipAmp.

I have found one of these Nuvotem Talema Toroidal Power Transformers - Standards - Encapsulated 230V of 2x25V 6A, the transformer seems to be in a black toroidal box. for 25 euros without shipping.

it's written on the page :

Important Installation Note
Under no circumstances should both ends of the fixing bolt contact a metal chassis or frame as this would create a 'shorted turn' causing irreparable damage.
but could a fixing bolt contact the bottom metal chassis (height of chassis is higher that transformer height, so the top shouldn't be in contact) ?

Regards

Armindo

Yes, you must make sure the bolt doesnt touch the top and bottom at the same time.
