I bought the 8W Sure module http://www.parts-express.com/pdf/320-310m.pdf . It has the same TPA3123D2 chip as its bigger brother the 25W module http://www.parts-express.com/pdf/320-304m.pdf . Is it OK to power the 8W module with 30V supply to get more power? Sure electronics recommend <16V supply. All electrolytes connected to VDD has 35V rating but I'm not sure about the ceramic caps rating. Should I continue?

Not actually a chip amp so this belongs in the class-D forum.
Anyways, the output filter caps are 16V types which would have to be changed. |

Don't know really but check the reference schematics in the back of the pdf you posted. All those that have 16V after them, ie. the output filter caps and decoupling caps, will have to be replaced. The MKP caps can stay. Then you'll have to check those that don't have a marking in the schematic.
