Hello, i am beginner to making amplifiers but i have father who knows electronics.
I might not write everything right but i hope you understand what i am about to make. I need to build 2x200w amp using two STK4050V chips. As i understand both chips need 66v , is that after caps? Is it fine to use 45v dual output transformer 530va (i know 1,5*wrms is reccomeded)? 45vac*1,44 makes 64,8v , is that fine voltage (66v reccomanded)? Is there point to fit 30 000uf or more caps for both channels? I am sorry about my english, i am from estonia. Last edited by amp2; 10th December 2010 at 08:13 PM. |
