Mixed AC and DC coupling.
Variable output offset. Complex NFB. Ambiguity in where decoupling is placed. Pin 7 garbage fed to Signal Ground. No RF filter. No output Zobel. Whoever drew this is either very clever or very stupid. I would not risk copying it.
