Problem getting Zetex tranistor for Sympatico
I have a problem in that I cannot source the Zetex ZX5T951 here in Australia.
The cost to buy from Mouser or the Key is that they charge way to much for shipping...anyway the two alternatives i am looking at are ZXTN2010G or FZT951 both of which I can get from Farnell here in Oz.I will try and attatch the data sheets for all three....so let me know what you think
