Please can u tell me the best and the superior TDA Audio AMP IC for car on 12v battery.

There is no "best amplifier", "best speaker", "best anything". There are only things that suit your needs and things that don't. So, decide what you need and then search and/or ask.

y tda1554q it is sound good on 14volt like a lm1875 or even tda2030

Most bang: TDA1562Q. 55 Watts 8 ohms .5% . There have been several threads for 12 volt amps already - search is your friend. Good luck with it.
