As a noob compiling info to build my own (first) gainclone, these types of threads are invaluable. I am actually making a notebook and printing the best ones out. On the office laserprinter, of course.

Thanks for all the great answers. My questions will come later, but they will be far fewer thanks to this heavily trod ground!
