Hi Guys,
I need the Sanyo STK403-120 and STK403-130 Datasheets. The STK403-120 Hybrid Audio Amplifier ICs is used in my Sony MHC-GNZ7D Music System. The STK403-130 is used in Sony MHC-GNZ9D and is 15W more than the STK403-120. Thanks in advance. Bye, PRAVARDHAN |

There is just a list of some ICs that will not be available from certain date. I also have the circuit diagram from the Service Manual of Sony Music System. But, I want the datasheet of these ICs only. Bye, PRAVARDHAN |

I'm sure you probably seen the bit on the bottom of the PDF "Please contact your SANYO semicon rep if you have any questions or need any technical documents." JUST in case you overlooked it though...
India's Contact Form India Branch Info: India Liaison Office: 414-415, Chokhani Square Sector-18, Noida 201301 Tel: 91-120-4232106/7, Fax: 91-120-4232108 SANYO Electronic Device Sales (HK) Limited INDIA Branch: 1006 A&B, GD-ITL Tower B-8 Netaji Subhash Place, Ring Road, Pitam Pura, New Delhi 110-034, INDIA Tel:91-11-4100-3080/81, Fax:91-11-4100-3079 If you did see it though, sorry I wasn't any help ![]() Looks like it's only main difference from the info I can find, is the 130 runs a Vcc of 71.5 where as the 102 is 65, which looks to my untrained eye like it would more than make up for that wattage increase :\ |

He says that the IC is EOL. I am asking for both the datasheet and where can i get the STK403-130 IC. And, if i ask him for the datasheet only, then there is no reply from him. His email address is: puneet03_sanyo@airtelmail.in For your question, see the attachments. Bye, PRAVARDHAN |

I have looked everywhere for a data sheet for the STK403 - 150 but can't find anything. Does it have a different code? or is it compatable with other chips?
I want to build a bi-amped self powered speaker set with a pair of them. Any help would be appreciated |
