I think, my searching is over. 7265 sounds very good. Sound quality is far better than 2030-2050 for me. With reference to post # 7, sangram is right. I am using local-made transformer 18-0-18 90VA which is not really 18v. My supplier said it is between 16-17V Assume 16*1.4 = 22VDC. I found it is perfect for 7265.

As I post before, I have fabricated pcbs in quantity. And I have excess in stock. If somebody require I can share it.

Further process is going on... I will post again.

Thank you Sangram, Pacificblue.
Best Regards.

TDA7265, is sounding good for me. Mute pin is working good. Yes, pin 5 is at least 6 or better 7 Volts below pin 3.

Is it possible that when no audio signal detected, mute pin 5's voltage should go below 6 volts. means amp should go in mute-mode. And when audio signal detected voltage should raise to minimum 6 Volts.

@Ranjit : I read your earlier thread, I think you are little confuse for what to do.. Do you completed TDA7294 ? If yes it is good to TDAxxxx series. I don't know your electronics knowledge but if you want to build something better which you can live long with... then switch to LMxxxx series minimum 30-40watts.

Please ignore above paragraph if you just want to know better sound quality TDA7265, TDA2050 and LM1875... then answer is LM1875. (its my opinion) Some of branded music system and television have used TDA7265.

I know how to tame TDA7265, TDA2050 and LM1875.. choice is yours.... I have used dozens of tda7265. With tda7265 you can build like commercial amp but should not expect more for just 25watts -- 4R Load

Hi Pra3718,
Thanks for reply. I have completed tda7294 amp , it is sounding good but very low i think it is because of i am powering it with 12-0-12 trafo.
I asked the question because i tested tda2030 ,tda2050 and lm1875 (no mute and standby) but i never tested tda7265 and it has mute and standby pin.
