CF op-amps and DC servo?
Can a DC servo be implemented the same way for a current-feedback op-amp as it can for a voltage-feedback type? Any special considerations?

I guess I'll answer my own question by saying I just did a simulation and it looks OK to do it the same way.

Yes, it works. Take care of the feedback resistor. It can only have a certain value for stability. Look at the LME49713 spec sheet and a lot is explained there.
