My sound system

hi i have built my 2.1 sound system based on TDA7294 in bridge config. for each 8" channel and i want to start building the subwoofer unit _WITHOUT SPENDING A FORTUNE _ so, can i parallel two module of TDA7294 (each one is two tda7294 in bridge mode) for subwoofer amp and which size of woofer is the best for TDA7294.

you have to choose the woofer and then design your amp around it.

First find a cost effective woofer. Then build your enclosure. Then worry about the amplifier

I don`t know which size of woofer is suitable with this chip.??

Depends on what size woofer is suitable for your room.

I use a 12" with mine, sounds awesome.

size is not the issue.

the impedance and the sensitivity is the issue.

My woofer is 12" 8 ohm with 95dB sensitivity. So it doesn't take much for that thing to get *very* loud.
