At this moment I am listening to the just purchased LME49860 which are replacing LT1364/AD826 in my buffer input and first preamplifier stage in my headphone amplifier.
As a first impression the amount of colorless is amazing! ![]() Give the impression of being very neutral and balanced. ![]() Also the distorsion is inaudible. ![]() May be even they sound so much close to the original recording that seem to me just to be lacking of personality and emotional responses. ![]() Which is very good now, BUT I don't know in the future... Which is very good now, BUT I don't know in the future... Still satisfied as sound, and exactly the same impressions as days ago ![]() These chips don't need burn in. My LME49860 photo Last edited by ygg-it; 30th May 2010 at 08:44 PM. |
