Hi guys i have a couple questions on this amplifier

Recently i looked on ebay and this beautiful pcb amp, however im wondering if i get one of this what do i need to run it to my speakers. i've done minor electronic work before. i have a Pc power supply which i use to run a car cdplayer . i was hoping this could run it also what kind of input is it as it isnt clear on what input cable it comes with rca or 3.5 jack* idk*. and do i need a preamplifier for this? any answers will be welcomed and if im missing anything let me know. thanks
