Just finished my first kit... LM4780 from Audiosector.

Needed a bit of helpalong the way... Thank you all.

I gotta say it sounds awsome... probably better, but I cant think of a word for it.

Anybody looking to have a go and not sure.. Go for it! If I can do it, anybody above 10 years old can :)

The reward is a damn fine amp.

Yes same outfit, it's a subdiv of hifi2000, it is even mentioned on the page you link to. I agree, great cases, very reasonably priced.

Well I've had it running all day on about 1/3 to 1/2 volume and the 10mm sides seem to be doing the cooling job ok. They are getting warmer, but the sides are only a few degrees above the ambient.

Its not anywhere near as hot as my old Sony or Pioneer amps. To be honest I'm surprised it even worked... me n tools dont usualy get on well.

Looks great! Mine are up and running but not in a proper case. They do sound awesome too!. Are you using the case sides for a heatsink or are there additional ones inside?

That's where I got my case from but with the thin Alu front, which I swapped for a perspex one. Very nice indeed, any shots of the interiour?
