Rotel populated this phono amp with fourteen Black Gate F electrolytes.
Wonder if replacing those with Elna Silmic II would be worth a try?

And have now successfully completed it but for the final selection of opamps. The results exceed my expectations. Godfrey, if you're still out there, I'd like to say thanks for your commentary and suggestions; they was tremendously useful.
