oh yeah
even my sister can hear a NOTICEABLE improvement ..
in her exact words: "its more crisp and cleaner" ..

didn't expect her to notice ANYTHING .. so i must not be crazy after all

my better half hasn't heard it yet, but i'm sure it won't make difference to her, seeing how she didn't hear my old receiver much either ..

It's a good sign when wives, sisters and girlfriends give a thumbs up to an audio project. I believe that technically, the ladies do have better hearing than men and there is another advantage of getting their opinion.

They (usually) have not worked on the project, spent their money on it, stayed up late at night, and generally gone through all the stress of 'will it work or won't it'. So they have no preconceptions or motives for 'wanting' it to sound good.

My last girlfriend was very critical of hi-fi and helped me a lot with her unbiased opinions of my hi-fi 'tinkering'.

Add some female ears to your toolbox soon
