Default Suestions for improvement to my system

I build 7.1 with tda2030 & tda7294

7 chip for surround sound tda2030a powered by 12-0-12 transformer. (Split supply)
1 chip for subwoofer tda7294 powered by 24-0-24 transformer. (Split supply)
1 chip for sub-equalizer ne5532 with regulated power supply. 18 (+-)

Front Left channel
tda2030a woofer input cap 2.2uf
tda2030a tweeter input cap 0.1uf
Front Right channel
tda2030a woofer input cap 2.2uf
tda2030a tweeter input cap 0.1uf
tda2030a woofer input cap 2.2uf ( Rear Left )
tda2030a woofer input cap 2.2uf ( Rear Right )
tda2030a woofer input cap 2.2uf ( Rear Center )
tda7294 subwoofer input cap 0.22uf

Overall all chips sounds good without any error.

I need tweeter should sound with lot-off high frequencies. So do I need active high pass filter ?

Major improvements need for sub.

ne5532's one channel for buffer and another for gain resistor ( 22K+10K ) If I increase the gain (22K+4.7K) sub sounds good for low-medium sound and when increase volume sub-speaker sounds fat-fat-fat-fat .

tda7294's gain (22K+680R) build as per datasheet. Only input cap replaced by 0.22uf

Source is DVD player ( 5.1 Channel )

I have two 8" 8 Ohms speakers. If I expect lot-off air from Enclosure's port. Should I use 12" 8 Ohms speaker ? But Single tda7294 would manage 12" 8 Ohms speaker ? If I use two 8" speaker both down/side firing ( 8" spekaer I have & 12" speaker I will have to purchase )

Or any alteration required for TDA7294

If you already have 2 8" speakers then use them. Try to hear whats good about them and whats bad. Then you can get some better speakers and so it goes around.

Sounds like you're doing a 1st order XO which has great transient response on axis but demands 4 octaves of overlap. Definitely the right design to test the system with. As you tweak you'll want a higher order XO or maybe a Behringer DXO.

What do you mean by dimmed? Got quieter or lost treble?

Do you know the output impedance of the source and the input impedance of the amp?

I think he meant attenuation.

Input Signal becomes poor.

But I solve this as per attached picture. Sound Improved. Clean treble & loud, Mid-bass also improved. Increasing voice/sound volume, mid-bass excursion increased & coil may touch the end level creates fat-fat-fat-fat sound. I think this may solve by replacing 0.22uf with 2.2 input cap for tda2030a. Is that right?

Can you suggest, which enclosure type would be best for 2 8" speakers to run sub with single tda7294 ?

Attached picture Post # 7

After listening 7 days I found bass & treble is not equal loudness. Treble's signal is poor compare to bass. Bass tone is good for me but treble wants more clear & sharp.
